Refund Policy

All course fees, including deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  

 

Duplicate Certificate of Completion

There is a $40 retrieval fee for duplicate Certificates of Completion.

Disabled Students

Students with hearing, speech or learning disabilities should notify Mom's Driving Academy prior to enrolling, and will be eligible for alternative teaching and testing techniques.

 

Absence Policy

30 hours classroom course: A student CANNOT be absent during the 30 hour course. A student will need to repeat the course if any class time is missed. This is non-negotiable. Please do not register at Mom's if this policy does not meet your family's needs.  

8 hours behind the wheel: If a student misses or cancels a scheduled driving session without 72-hours prior notice, a fee of $50 will be charged to cover instructor costs. No certificate will be awarded to a student until all course requirements are met. Contact momsdrivingacademy@yahoo.com to reschedule lessons. 

 

Additional Driving Policy

If a student does not earn a passing score of 70% on the behind-the-wheel assessment, additional lessons will need to be purchased at a cost of $100 per two hour lesson in order to complete the course. 

 

Disclaimers

Completion of any course at Mom's Driving Academy does not guarantee that a driver's license will be awarded to a student nor will this course count for any school credit. Students may qualify for a discount on auto insurance premiums - contact your personal insurance agent for details.

Grievance Policy

Mom's Driving Academy will always do its best to settle any issues that arise. Any grievance(s) not resolved by the school may be forwarded to:
